Acceptable Use Policy

You may not build apps that:

• Impersonate wallet interfaces (MetaMask, Phantom, Tonkeeper clones)
• Create fake exchange login pages
• Run fake airdrop or giveaway flows that collect wallet addresses or seed phrases
• Impersonate real brands, celebrities, projects, or individuals

• Content illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
• CSAM — absolute zero tolerance
• Controlled substances sales
• Weapons sales

• Ponzi or pyramid schemes
• Fake investment products ("guaranteed 10% daily returns")
• Rug-pulls (tokens launched with intent to abandon)

• Harassment, doxing, threatening content
• Hate speech targeting protected classes
• Content inciting violence
• Exploitation of minors in any form

• Crawling or scraping Miniapper's APIs
• Circumventing rate limits
• Automated mass-account creation
• Abusing the Free tier via multiple accounts
• Deploying apps that attack third parties

We're crypto-native. These are explicitly allowed:

• Crypto-themed apps (trivia, shops, games with crypto themes)
• Gambling mechanics in mini-games (lottery-style Stars prizes)
• NSFW content that's legal (with age-gate warning)
• Political speech
• Edgy or dark humor

• First violation: Warning + 24-hour account freeze
• Second violation: App archived + 7-day suspension
• Third violation: Permanent ban + all apps archived
• Severe violations (CSAM, explicit fraud): Immediate permanent ban + law enforcement referral
