Terms of Service

Service — the Miniapper platform, including the web editor at app.miniapper.app, the Telegram Mini App, and all generated applications.

User — anyone who creates an account and uses the Service.

Generated Content — the code, templates, and applications produced by the Service based on your prompts.

Deployed App — a Generated Content application deployed to Vercel and connected to a Telegram bot.

Plan — your subscription tier (Free, Starter, Pro, or Scale).

You must be at least 13 years old to use Miniapper (Telegram's minimum age). If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

You may not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (OFAC SDN list).

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

Your prompts: You own them. We don't claim any rights to what you type.

Generated code: You own the generated code. Miniapper retains no ownership claim on applications we generate for you. On Scale plans, you can export the full source as a ZIP. On other plans, your code runs on Vercel under your account — it's yours by default.

Improvement data: We may use anonymized, aggregated patterns from prompts to improve our classifier and templates. You can opt out of this in Settings. We will never use your specific prompts or generated code for training without explicit consent.

Currencies: We accept Telegram Stars and cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC) via OxaPay. We do not process credit cards.

Subscriptions: Paid plans renew at the end of each billing cycle. Crypto payments are not auto-recurring — you'll receive a renewal reminder with a pre-filled invoice link.

Refunds: See our Refund Policy. Crypto and Stars payments are generally final.

Annual billing: Annual plans are priced at 10x the monthly rate (2 months free).

We target 99% uptime but don't guarantee it. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

By you: Cancel anytime from /billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Deployed apps continue running for a 30-day grace period after cancellation.

By us: We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We'll email you with the reason.

After termination: Your generated content is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You can request a data export before deletion.

Our total liability is capped at 3 months of subscription fees you've paid. We are not liable for content generated by the AI, actions taken by users of your deployed apps, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your deployed applications and their use by third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA rules) with class-action waiver where legally permitted.

Note: Jurisdiction will be finalized upon legal review before public launch.

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your account before the changes apply.
