How we handle copyright infringement
Miniapper respects intellectual property rights. We act on valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours.
Filing a takedown notice
Per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material (the t.me/botname URL)
- Your contact information
- A good faith statement that the use is not authorized
- A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
- Proof you are the rights holder or authorized agent
Counter-notice
If your app was removed, you can submit a counter-notice. We'll restore the content in 10-14 business days if no court action is filed by the claimant.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with 3 or more validated takedowns will be permanently terminated.
