Refund Policy

No refunds by default
Cryptocurrency payments (USDT, TON, BTC via OxaPay) are final and non-reversible. Telegram Stars payments are final per Telegram's terms.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in these cases:
- Double-billing due to our error
- Account compromised before any usage (with evidence)
- Service completely unusable for 7+ consecutive days (prorated downtime refund)
How to request
Email billing@miniapper.app with:
- Account email
- Transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund
We respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds
- USDT refunds: Sent to your TRC-20 address
- Stars refunds: Processed via Telegram's refundStarPayment API (subject to 21-day window)
What refunds don't cover
Already-used API generations and already-deployed apps are not eligible for refund.
